If you're like me you can't live without your Wi-Fi.
Here's an EBS checklist of why your Wi-Fi might be down.
1. Make sure your modem lights are still on & access point is still connected.
2. Use the "System check" on your PC to check for problems that the PC can self-diagnose.
3. If you're running Windows XP, make sure your network has SP2 or service pack 2 installed.
4. Wireless router lights should all have a solid color.
5. Repair the connection, by going to try on the right in your Windows taskbar and right-click and select repair.
6. Make sure you have the right WEP or WPA keys installed.
7. If you still have problems, call EBS at 713-522-3480 for professional help from our experienced technicians with Houston Network Support & Computer Repair.
